I love frosty days. This one wasn't the heaviest ever, but it was still beautiful. I won't promise you that you won't see these crabapples again. We have three of these trees in our backyard, and they bring a lot of birds our way!
It looks like silver thread embroidered to the edges, or silver glitter. Love this picture. The red is such a nice contrast to the whites, blacks, grays and silver.

I love this! The spot of color in all the snow...and as Julie says, the frost looks like embroidery; my first thought was lace.
