I promised no feathers on my next trip to the zoo, so today it's fins. Yes, I really went back for the second time this week. The kids were out of school for conferences, and they wanted to go. They each had a camera in their hands too. They hunted for animals from A to Z to photograph. In the end, it was too cold to get far beyond the tropics trail, so nobody quite made the whole alphabet. We sure had fun though!

I remember one year we went to the zoo nearly every week. Such a great way to get out! Love that you got an under water photo like this one.

Matt and I were just talking about how many winter days we used to spend at the zoo in Apple Valley...and many hours in front of that tank just watching all the fish. Love that you've had a fun day off!
