Bethany and I went flower shopping tonight. This plant was not in my designs anywhere, but it hopped right into my box. There was nothing I could do about it. I'm betting it will beg to be photographed again, too. It seems pushy like that.
It would've landed in my box as well! I love how you could get the fine detail of the petals and of the circle of yellow in its middle (sorry, my plant vocabulary is lacking right now--I know it has a name...)
Lynn, that is funny. As I was typing I also wanted to reference the center (actually, it was on Sandy's flower yesterday), and thought, "There is an obvious name for that...". Still can't tell you what it is. Somebody help!

I love african daisies. I tried some yellow and purple ones a few years ago but didn't do all too well with them. These are lovely!
