194/365 bison burgers

We got together with some good friends for a cookout, and the hosts grilled up some bison burgers.  They were delicious, and reportedly leaner than chicken.  They were plenty moist and tasty!  Made a delightful evening even better.

I bought bison and had burgers over the 4th of July weekend (with avocado). It's the first red meat I've had in....I don't know how long
