We made Jesse Tree ornaments last year.
Bethany insisted on making new ones this year.
Advent is now nearly half over and they are not finished.
But I think God is not nervous about us catching up.
Today I was talking among friends
about the traditions and rituals we love
to observe at this time of year.
We all agreed that some years are just busy
and it's a matter of letting God come to us
where we are.
This is true waiting.
Advent.
Such a beautiful season.
