It was far too late today when I looked up and noticed the giant flakes of snow piling up into the fluffiest blanket I have seen for awhile. I grabbed my camera on the way out the door, and didn't have time to go looking for some better light and contrast, or the perfect flake. How disappointing. But the spirea next to my garage door wasn't too bad in a pinch.

What a beautiful snow photo! I love the composition.
I think this is beautiful! I love it when we stop just long enough to notice the beauty right at our door--and you literally did that!
It's a great shot! And good for you, for getting outside. It WAS a beautiful fluffy snowfall--the kind with the best snowflakes-- and you managed to capture that in this shot.
Pretty and peaceful.
I like the way the branches make a kind of spiral explosion behind the snow.
The biggest gain in my life from 365 the first time around was how I began to see even the smallest things. This is beautiful.
Beautiful shot. Love the white and shadows and the movement out of the lines. I am enjoying the snow virtually. :-)
Such a great shot. I love what Julie said... looks like an explosion.
